What belongs at the table

Share recipes, regional knowledge, cultural practices, and community traditions that others can respectfully learn or practice. Personal family stories and private family archives belong in Lola's House.

Permission and credit

Submit only words and pictures you created or have permission to share. Ask permission from identifiable people in photographs, especially parents or guardians before sharing pictures of children. Contributor credit is optional.

Review before publication

Every contribution remains private while pending. A moderator may correct formatting, clarify instructions, remove personal information, decline unsafe or disrespectful material, or contact the contributor outside this website if contact details are voluntarily provided elsewhere. Approval is not guaranteed.

How submissions are used

By submitting, you give Lola's Table permission to review, edit, display, and preserve the approved contribution and pictures as part of the public cultural collection. You keep ownership of your original material.

Privacy and storage

The submission form does not ask for an email address. It stores the content, optional contributor name, pictures, moderation status, and limited security data used to prevent repeated automated submissions. Security identifiers are one-way hashed rather than stored as raw network addresses.

Community care

• Describe regional and family variations without presenting one version as the only authentic one.
• Do not share private addresses, phone numbers, medical information, or other sensitive details.
• Do not submit hateful, exploitative, deceptive, or unsafe content.
• Credit cultural sources and communities when you know them.

Corrections or removal

If a published contribution needs correction or removal, contact the Lola's Table owner through the same trusted channel that invited you to the site. A dedicated public contact method can be added before a fully open launch.
